The UK’s leading heating and plumbing professionals were celebrated at the Installer Awards 2026, held live at InstallerSHOW at the NEC Birmingham. The event brought together the long running Heating Installer Awards and the new Plumber Awards, creating a single platform to recognise excellence, innovation and standout customer service across the building services sector.

CIPHE member Daniel Davies was named Heating Installer of the Year for designing and installing a renewable heating system in a 200-year-old farmhouse that had been abandoned for decades – a project that impressed judges with its efficiency, reliability and long-term performance. His win follows three consecutive regional titles in Wales.

Another CIPHE member, Louchavan Lemard, became the first ever Plumber of the Year, recognised for his technical skill and customer-focused approach, showcased through a redesign of a home’s heating and hot water system that significantly improved comfort and energy efficiency. Both winners received prize bundles worth thousands of pounds, including a three-night trip to Danfoss HQ in Denmark and holiday vouchers from Powered Now.

Essex apprentice and CIPHE member, Daisy Turner, was named Rising Star of the Year for her impressive technical ability and wider industry contribution, from delivering a complex heating and plumbing project for a family with critical medical needs to mentoring fellow students and helping manufacturers improve training facilities for future apprentices.
